Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled DNAC/Cisco Catalyst Center Engineer to provide top-tier support for our complex global network infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain Cisco DNA Center solutions across global enterprise networks
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network issues, ensuring high availability and performance
- Automate network provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting using Cisco's best practices
- Collaborate with security teams to integrate DNAC with security frameworks and tools
- Develop and maintain network documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
- Lead network transformation initiatives, including SD-Access and SD-WAN deployments
- Analyze network metrics to identify optimization opportunities and proactively resolve issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise network engineering with 2+ years specializing in Cisco DNAC/Catalyst Center
- Cisco CCNP or CCIE certification required (CCIE preferred)
- Expert knowledge of Cisco network architectures, including SD-Access, SD-WAN, and traditional routing/switching
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Ansible) for network automation
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Cisco DNA Center Insights)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex multi-vendor network environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global teams across time zones
