We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dock Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Bounty Fresh Food Inc. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient dispatch and issuance of deliveries, ensuring that our chilled and frozen goods are loaded with precision and care. You will act as the key link between our warehouse operations and transport logistics, guaranteeing that all perishable products maintain their integrity from dock to destination. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily dock operations, including scheduling and coordinating the loading of transport units.
- Manage the issuance of goods to ensure accurate inventory tracking and distribution.
- Ensure the proper handling and storage of chilled and frozen goods to prevent spoilage.
- Coordinate closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics teams to streamline workflows.
- Conduct regular inspections of loading equipment and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Address and resolve any operational issues that may arise during the dispatch process.
- Maintain accurate records of daily shipments and delivery logs.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Certificate in Logistics, Warehousing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in dock operations, logistics supervision, or warehouse management.
- Strong understanding of cold chain logistics and temperature-controlled storage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, standing, and walking during shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable) and knowledge of basic machinery operation.
