Danayasa Arthatama is currently seeking a dedicated Document Control professional to join our team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all documentation related to ISO standards, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and accessibility. You will play a key role in supporting administrative operations, handling correspondence, producing reports, and managing departmental documentation.
As a Document Control Officer, you will oversee the lifecycle of documents from creation to archiving, implement document control procedures, and support internal audits. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure documentation reflects current practices and meets regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and control all documentation related to ISO standards, including policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Ensure document accuracy, version control, and proper storage in both physical and electronic systems.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate with departments to update and review documentation as needed.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and records.
- Monitor document distribution and retrieval, ensuring only current versions are in use.
- Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures and best practices.
- Maintain a centralized document repository and ensure data integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in document control, administration, or records management.
- Familiarity with ISO documentation requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
