Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and streamline billing operations, ensuring 100% accuracy and strict adherence to internal financial timelines.
- Oversee inventory control processes, conducting regular audits and reconciliations to minimize discrepancies.
- Manage the documentation workflow, ensuring all records are compliant with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to track stock levels and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and implement SOPs to enhance data integrity and inventory management efficiency.
- Provide detailed financial reports and analytics to management to support informed decision-making.
- Resolve invoicing disputes and billing-related discrepancies with clients and vendors promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in documentation control, inventory management, or financial operations within the logistics/manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Proven ability to lead teams and maintain high performance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.
