In this key role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of import shipments, ensuring a seamless experience from the initial pre-alert notification through to the final delivery at the client's doorstep. You will act as the vital link between our operations and our valued customers, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the preparation and submission of all necessary import documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates on shipment status and resolving inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate closely with logistics teams and freight forwarders to ensure timely customs clearance and final delivery.
- Identify and resolve potential documentation discrepancies or logistical delays before they impact the supply chain.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all import transactions and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with customs brokers to ensure full compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in documentation and customer relations within the transport, logistics, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to verify data accuracy and attention to detail.
