- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather technical specifications and product information

- Develop and implement documentation processes for version control and publishing workflows
- Convert complex technical concepts into clear, concise content for diverse audiences
- Conduct peer reviews and usability testing to improve documentation effectiveness

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, English, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation engineering
- Proficiency in authoring tools (MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Confluence)
- Strong command of English grammar and technical writing principles
- Ability to understand complex technical systems and processes
- Experience working in remote or home-based environments
- Portfolio demonstrating technical writing samples and documentation projects
