Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including user manuals, API references, and process guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify technical information
- Ensure all documentation meets industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Implement version control systems for documentation assets
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve documentation gaps
- Optimize documentation workflows using digital tools like Confluence and SharePoint
- Create visual aids including diagrams and infographics to enhance comprehension
- Manage documentation lifecycle from creation to archiving
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical documentation or similar role
- Proficiency in documentation tools (Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, Confluence)
- Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience with API documentation and developer portals
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of content management systems and SEO principles
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in remote teams
