Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end import and export documentation processes, ensuring 100% compliance with local and international customs regulations.
- Supervise, mentor, and train documentation staff to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for shipping lines, forwarders, and customs authorities regarding documentation discrepancies.
- Monitor and audit documentation workflows to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on shipment status, documentation delays, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management.
- Collaborate with the Operations and Sales departments to ensure alignment between documentation and cargo movement schedules.
- Manage the internal filing and digital record-keeping systems to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in shipping line documentation, freight forwarding, or import/export operations.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage small teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of customs processes, Bills of Lading (B/L), Letters of Credit, and international trade compliance.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard shipping/logistics software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with local and international stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire for long-term career growth into a management position.
