Join Triputra Agro Persada as a Dojo Mill Learning & Development Specialist to revolutionize training programs for our palm oil mill operations. You'll be instrumental in creating and managing technical training initiatives that align with industry standards and organizational policies, directly enhancing the competency of our PKS workforce. This role combines instructional design with hands-on program implementation to drive measurable skill development across our milling facilities. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training gaps, develop curricula, and evaluate program effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement in operational excellence and safety compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive technical training programs for palm oil mill operations
- Develop standardized training materials aligned with industry best practices and company policies
- Conduct training needs assessments for PKS employees across all operational levels
- Coordinate training schedules and resources for mill personnel nationwide
- Evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs and implement continuous improvement measures
- Collaborate with department heads to align training with operational goals
- Manage training documentation and compliance reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Agriculture Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in agribusiness/manufacturing
- Strong understanding of palm oil mill operations and technical processes
- Certification in instructional design or project management preferred
- Experience developing training programs for technical workforce
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms and training management systems
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
