Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex business problems and design high-level domain-specific solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical delivery with client business objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance on industry best practices and process improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and validate solution designs.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our offerings at the cutting edge.
- Manage project documentation and ensure high-quality standards for all deliverables.
- Support pre-sales activities and contribute to the growth of the domain practice.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a consultancy or domain-focused role within the ICT sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships and delivering complex transformation projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in relevant industry tools and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global, matrix-structured organization.
