Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily domestic transport and logistics operations to ensure on-time delivery and service level compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to streamline manufacturing supply chain activities.
- Monitor and manage the deployment of fleet and field personnel to optimize route efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections and performance audits to maintain operational standards.
- Resolve logistical bottlenecks, delivery discrepancies, and client concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements for domestic transport.
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports and performance metrics for management review.
- Maintain valid vehicle documentation and oversee routine vehicle maintenance schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must possess a valid Philippine Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the transport, logistics, or manufacturing sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic logistics management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of the geography of Metro Manila and major provincial transport routes.
