Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand customer base across Malaysia
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Present product solutions tailored to customer needs and close sales agreements
- Analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies to meet quarterly targets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate CRM records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in domestic sales or B2B sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to travel within Selangor and surrounding regions
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities
