Tanggung Jawab

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and departure with genuine warmth and professionalism
  • Handle luggage, packages, and deliveries promptly and securely
  • Coordinate valet parking, taxis, and other transportation arrangements
  • Provide accurate directions, recommendations, and local information
  • Maintain the cleanliness and order of the hotel entrance, lobby, and porter areas
  • Assist with door duties – opening doors, controlling access, and ensuring security
  • Communicate guest requests and preferences to relevant departments in real-time
  • Support concierge and front desk during peak periods or events

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front-line guest service role, preferably in luxury hospitality
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Polished, professional appearance with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy items for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and “can-do” attitude
  • Knowledge of Singapore’s attractions, culture, and etiquette
