- Welcome guests upon arrival and departure with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Handle luggage, packages, and deliveries promptly and securely
- Coordinate valet parking, taxis, and other transportation arrangements
- Provide accurate directions, recommendations, and local information
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the hotel entrance, lobby, and porter areas
- Assist with door duties – opening doors, controlling access, and ensuring security
- Communicate guest requests and preferences to relevant departments in real-time
- Support concierge and front desk during peak periods or events
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front-line guest service role, preferably in luxury hospitality
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Polished, professional appearance with strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy items for extended periods
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and “can-do” attitude
- Knowledge of Singapore’s attractions, culture, and etiquette
