BYD Automotive is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dormitory Administrator to join our expanding team in Subang. As a global leader in new energy vehicles, we are committed to providing a high-quality living environment for our personnel. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for dormitory operations, ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards and that our residents have a seamless living experience. Given our international presence, fluency in Mandarin is essential to facilitate effective communication with our expatriate staff and management team.

This position requires a proactive individual capable of managing administrative workflows, coordinating facility maintenance, and upholding dormitory safety and conduct policies. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily operations of the company dormitory, including check-in/check-out processes and room assignments.
  • Act as the primary liaison between company management and dormitory residents, ensuring clear communication in both Mandarin and Indonesian.
  • Supervise third-party vendors for cleaning, security, and facility maintenance to ensure optimal living conditions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and occupancy records for all dormitory assets and residents.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve resident grievances with professionalism and tact.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and dormitory conduct policies.
  • Prepare regular reports on facility usage, maintenance expenses, and resident occupancy status.

Kualifikasi

  • Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; fluency in English is a significant advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in dormitory management, hotel operations, or facility administration.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle on-call responsibilities if required.
  • Willingness to be based in Subang, Jawa Barat.
