In this role, you will be the bridge between our expatriate workforce and local operations. You will oversee the daily management, maintenance, and safety of our employee housing facilities, ensuring a high standard of living and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Mandarin and Indonesian to facilitate seamless communication and uphold our corporate culture standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day dormitory operations, including room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs for staff.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and maintaining high satisfaction standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all dormitory facilities, utilities, and common areas are in excellent working condition.
- Enforce dormitory policies and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections to ensure a clean and secure living environment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of dormitory assets and handle the procurement of necessary supplies.
- Prepare monthly reports on dormitory occupancy rates and maintenance expenditures.
- Facilitate effective communication between Mandarin-speaking personnel and local operational management.
Kualifikasi
- Professional fluency in Mandarin (oral and written) and Indonesian is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dormitory management, hotel operations, or facility administration.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse groups of people.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic administrative software.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours as required to handle emergency maintenance or shift-based arrivals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
