Enova Electrical is currently seeking a diligent and organized Dormitory Operator to join our dynamic team in Tagore. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for residential operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained living environment for our onsite staff and workers.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily operations of the dormitory, including resident check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Perform regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to address repairs, pest control, and general facility upkeep promptly.
  • Manage inventory of dormitory supplies and furniture, ensuring all rooms are fully equipped.
  • Handle resident inquiries, requests, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Enforce house rules and ensure a harmonious living environment for all residents.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports regarding occupancy rates and facility status for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level or equivalent certification.
  • Proven experience in facility management, hospitality, or residential property administration is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in local languages to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, and property management systems).
  • Must be comfortable working in a dormitory setting and managing shift-based operational tasks.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and problem-solving capabilities.
