Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the dormitory, including resident check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Perform regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address repairs, pest control, and general facility upkeep promptly.
- Manage inventory of dormitory supplies and furniture, ensuring all rooms are fully equipped.
- Handle resident inquiries, requests, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Enforce house rules and ensure a harmonious living environment for all residents.
- Maintain accurate records and reports regarding occupancy rates and facility status for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience in facility management, hospitality, or residential property administration is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in local languages to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, and property management systems).
- Must be comfortable working in a dormitory setting and managing shift-based operational tasks.
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and problem-solving capabilities.
