Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging lectures and conduct practical laboratory sessions in biotechnology courses
- Develop and update curriculum materials to ensure alignment with current industry standards and scientific advancements
- Conduct independent or collaborative research in biotechnology field with potential for publication
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects and theses
- Participate in academic activities including seminars, conferences, and community service programs
- Contribute to the development of new biotechnology programs and courses
- Maintain professional relationships with industry partners and research institutions
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Biotechnology or related field; PhD is highly preferred
- Strong academic background with demonstrated research experience in biotechnology
- Previous teaching experience at higher education level
- Publication record in reputable scientific journals
- Proficiency in both Indonesian and English languages
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with modern laboratory equipment and biotechnology techniques
