- Develop and deliver engaging lectures in culinary tourism, gastronomy, and hospitality management
- Create innovative curriculum materials and practical training modules aligned with industry standards
- Conduct applied research in culinary tourism, sustainable food systems, and destination branding
- Mentor undergraduate and graduate students in academic projects and industry internships
- Collaborate with tourism stakeholders, hotels, and culinary establishments for industry partnerships

Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Tourism Management, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field
- PhD preferred with minimum 3 years teaching experience at higher education level
- Proven industry experience in culinary operations, tourism management, or hospitality
- Strong research background with publications in tourism or gastronomy journals
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and curriculum development software
- Experience in student mentoring and academic program coordination
