In this role, you will be the backbone of our production kitchen, ensuring that every batch of dough meets our high standards of quality, consistency, and texture.

As a Dough Maker, you will work in a fast-paced environment where your craftsmanship directly influences the success of our artisanal bread, pastries, and signature egg tarts. We are looking for an individual who understands the science of fermentation and the art of mixing, shaping, and proofing. Tanggung Jawab

  • Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to precise company recipes.
  • Operate industrial mixing equipment, dough dividers, and sheeters safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor fermentation times and temperatures to ensure optimal dough development.
  • Shape, mold, and proof dough for various menu items including bread, pastries, and egg tarts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation following strict food safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Troubleshoot dough consistency issues and report equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking raw ingredient usage and notifying management of supply needs.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a Dough Maker, Baker, or in a similar commercial kitchen role.
  • Strong understanding of baking ingredients, leavening agents, and temperature control.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy mixing bowls and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic knowledge of Food Safety and Sanitation standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes with high precision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
