Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver IBDP Mathematics curriculum (SL/HL) through differentiated instruction strategies
- Develop and implement innovative lesson plans aligned with IB standards
- Assess student progress using formative/summative evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Foster student engagement through technology integration and real-world applications
- Collaborate with department teams to enhance curriculum and pedagogical approaches
- Prepare students for IB examinations and higher education pathways
- Maintain accurate academic records and communicate progress to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field (Master's preferred)
- IBDP Mathematics teaching certification or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years teaching experience in international/IB curriculum
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning tools
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in diverse environments
