In this critical role, you will play a key part in maintaining the efficiency of our engineering operations by managing the storage, organization, and issuance of essential materials. We are seeking a reliable professional who ensures our inventory is accurate and our warehouse remains a safe, clean, and organized environment.
As a Materials Storekeeper, you will act as the gatekeeper of our engineering assets. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to meet project demands while strictly adhering to inventory control protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming engineering materials, equipment, and supplies against purchase orders.
- Issue materials to authorized departments and personnel based on approved requisitions and production schedules.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using manual or computerized systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe, adhering to company health and safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and alert supervisors for reordering to prevent operational downtime.
- Properly label and store materials to facilitate easy retrieval and prevent damage.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Certificate in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
- Basic knowledge of engineering tools, hardware, or construction materials is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data entry and record keeping.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
