Poh Wah Builders is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Drafter to join our growing engineering team in Singapore. As a key member of our technical department, you will be responsible for translating conceptual ideas and rough sketches into precise, actionable technical drawings that guide our project teams from design to completion.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our construction plans meet all technical specifications, safety standards, and project requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and produce accurate technical drawings and blueprints using CAD software.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to interpret project requirements and design specifications.
- Update and revise existing drawings based on field feedback and design modifications.
- Ensure all technical documentation adheres to industry standards, building codes, and company quality guidelines.
- Manage document control processes, ensuring all revisions are tracked and archived correctly.
- Conduct site visits as necessary to verify measurements and assist with technical integration.
- Prepare bill of materials (BOM) based on completed technical drawings.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical drafting or a similar role within the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or other 2D/3D drafting software.
- Solid understanding of construction documentation and reading architectural/engineering blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to manage multiple project timelines and meet strict deadlines.
