In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate structural shop drawings that serve as the blueprint for our construction teams. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure that all designs meet strict design and code requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed structural shop drawings based on architectural and engineering blueprints.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, architects, and engineers to resolve design discrepancies.
- Ensure all drawings strictly comply with relevant building codes and safety standards.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to create precise 2D and 3D technical drawings efficiently.
- Review and modify existing drawings to reflect design changes or project updates.
- Collaborate with the site team to ensure drawings are interpreted correctly during construction.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all drawing revisions and technical documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Draughting, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in structural drafting within the construction sector.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit with a strong command of BIM software.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, structural systems, and engineering principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-precision technical drawings.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Valid working permit or eligibility to work in the target location.
