Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed technical drawings, floor plans, and elevation sketches using CAD software
- Create construction documentation including sections, details, and material specifications
- Collaborate with architects to translate design concepts into executable drafting solutions
- Revise and update drawings based on design iterations and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and international standards
- Prepare 3D visualization models and renderings for client presentations
- Coordinate with engineering teams to integrate structural and MEP elements
- Maintain organized digital archives of project drawings and revisions
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in architectural drafting or CAD design (2+ years preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or SketchUp
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction methodologies
- Attention to detail with ability to maintain dimensional accuracy
- Relevant degree/diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or Design field
- Portfolio demonstrating technical drawing capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
