As a Drafter, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between architectural concepts and construction-ready technical documentation. You will work closely with architects, project managers, and engineers to produce high-quality, accurate technical drawings that serve as the blueprint for our upcoming residential and commercial projects.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD and related design software.
- Review architectural plans and engineering specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with local building codes.
- Coordinate with project managers and field teams to incorporate design changes and updates throughout the construction phase.
- Maintain and organize an efficient digital library of drawing files, revisions, and project documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations and site plans for stakeholder review.
- Identify potential construction issues through rigorous design analysis and propose viable solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure site-specific dimensions and environmental requirements are integrated into final drafts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Drafter, preferably in the property development or construction industry.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) is mandatory; familiarity with SketchUp or Revit is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, material specifications, and building standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex technical instructions.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively under project deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Serang, Banten.
