Tanggung Jawab
- Create accurate and detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and floor plans using CAD software.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate design concepts into actionable construction documents.
- Ensure all drafts comply with safety regulations, local building codes, and company standards.
- Review and revise design drawings based on feedback from project leads and stakeholders.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all project-related blueprints and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with the construction team to clarify design specifications during the building phase.
- Perform site visits when necessary to verify measurements and assess site conditions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a professional Drafter or in a similar design role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with 3D modeling software (SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, building methods, and technical drafting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight project deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to interpret complex architectural sketches and engineering calculations.
