Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed 2D/3D technical drawings and construction plans using CAD software
- Create accurate material takeoffs and documentation for construction permits
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve design discrepancies
- Revise drawings based on site inspections and project modifications
- Ensure all documentation complies with Indonesian building codes and standards
- Coordinate with contractors to implement design specifications
- Maintain version control of all technical drawings and revisions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Technical Drafting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction drafting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and materials
- Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings
- Detail-oriented with precision in technical documentation
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
