Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and develop accurate architectural, structural, or mechanical drawings using CAD software.
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to interpret project requirements and specifications.
- Ensure all technical drawings adhere to building codes, industry standards, and internal quality guidelines.
- Update and revise existing blueprints based on site feedback or design modifications.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure material specifications are accurately reflected in plans.
- Maintain well-organized project documentation and digital filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations and technical reports as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Drafter or in a similar technical design role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other industry-standard drafting software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and local building regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight project deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to interpret complex blueprints and schematic designs.
