Penta Artha Impressi is currently seeking a skilled Drafter to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in the lifecycle of our projects, ensuring that technical drawings bridge the gap between design concepts and field implementation.
As our Drafter, you will be responsible for translating architectural and engineering specifications into accurate, high-quality technical drawings. You will work closely with our project teams to ensure that all documentation complies with regulatory standards and project requirements. We are looking for someone who is not only technically proficient in CAD software but also capable of managing documentation from the initial shop drawing phase through to the final as-built verification.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and develop precise Shop Drawings (working drawings) for on-site field execution.
- Produce As-Built Drawings to reflect final project adjustments and site conditions accurately.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve technical discrepancies in designs.
- Ensure all technical documentation adheres to company standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
- Update and maintain drawing libraries and project-specific documentation folders.
- Conduct site visits as needed to measure and verify dimensions for accurate drafting.
- Ensure timely submission of all technical drawing packages to meet project deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Drafter, preferably in construction, architecture, or interior design.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with 3D modeling software (SketchUp/Revit) is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards, symbols, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret architectural/structural blueprints.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple project deliverables.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to coordinate with on-site field teams.
