As a key member of our project department, you will play a vital role in transforming conceptual ideas into accurate, high-quality technical drawings that guide our construction processes.
In this role, you will work closely with architects and project managers to ensure that all blueprints, schematics, and construction documentation meet our high standards of quality and compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Translate architectural sketches and concepts into precise 2D and 3D technical drawings.
- Coordinate with project architects and engineers to ensure drawing accuracy and buildability.
- Prepare comprehensive site plans, floor plans, and detailed structural elevations.
- Revise existing drawings based on client feedback or field changes during the construction phase.
- Maintain an organized digital library of project documentation and CAD files.
- Ensure all technical drawings comply with local building regulations and company standards.
- Support the team in generating bills of quantities (BOQ) where necessary.
- Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and progress to ensure alignment with drafted plans.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience as a Drafter in the property or construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; skills in SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max are a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of architectural symbols, construction methods, and building materials.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce error-free technical documentation.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to be based in Bekasi, Jawa Barat.
