Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed technical drawings and blueprints for restaurant layouts, building structures, and facilities
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and specifications
- Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback and project requirements
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of all design changes
- Use CAD software to produce high-quality technical drawings and 3D models
- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Conduct site visits to verify measurements and gather necessary information for drawings
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction methods
- Attention to detail with excellent technical drawing skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Experience in restaurant or commercial building design is preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
