Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed technical drawings, plans, and elevations using CAD software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility
- Update and revise drawings based on project changes and feedback
- Verify compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Prepare material specifications and documentation for construction teams
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to maintain alignment on design intent
- Maintain organized digital archives of all drafting documentation
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or higher in Drafting, Architecture, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of professional drafting experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software
- Strong understanding of construction documentation standards
- Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial visualization skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
