Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and layouts based on sketches and specifications.
- Utilize CAD software to produce accurate 2D and 3D models for construction or manufacturing projects.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure designs comply with safety standards and project requirements.
- Review blueprints to identify potential discrepancies or design flaws before production begins.
- Maintain a well-organized database of project documentation and drawing revisions.
- Incorporate feedback from senior team members to refine and finalize technical outputs.
- Ensure all drafting outputs meet company quality benchmarks and industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Drafter or in a similar technical design role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, building codes, and drafting standards.
- Excellent spatial reasoning and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex technical specifications and translate them into clear visual diagrams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a full-time office environment.
