Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed technical drawings and blueprints using CAD software based on architectural concepts.
- Collaborate closely with lead architects and designers to ensure design intent is accurately represented in construction documents.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and precision in all documentation, adhering to project timelines and industry specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to integrate technical requirements into architectural layouts.
- Conduct site visits and field measurements to ensure design feasibility.
- Organize and manage project files, ensuring all versions are updated and compliant with company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in drafting, preferably within an architectural or design firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; experience with SketchUp, Revit, or BIM software is a significant plus.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
- Ability to interpret complex architectural plans and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple project priorities simultaneously.
- Fluency in Indonesian and basic proficiency in English.
