Global Indonesia Asia Sejahtera is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drafter to join our dynamic team. You will collaborate closely with our architects and engineers to ensure that all project designs meet high-quality standards, adhere to strict deadlines, and comply with local building regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Create and modify detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using industry-standard CAD software.
- Collaborate effectively with architects and engineers to develop accurate project blueprints and schematics.
- Revise and update existing drawings and models based on client feedback and technical requirements.
- Ensure all drafting work strictly complies with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of material lists, specifications, and project documentation.
- Maintain and organize the company's CAD library, including templates and standard symbols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Drafter or similar role.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other drafting and design software.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, building methods, and structural systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
