Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and develop detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and design objectives.
- Review and modify existing drawings based on feedback and project changes.
- Ensure all drafts comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct site visits to gather information necessary for accurate drafting and measurements.
- Organize and maintain project documentation and drawing archives.
- Produce 3D models or renderings to visualize design concepts.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Drafter or in a similar drafting role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar drafting software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent spatial visualization skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Understanding of construction materials and building methods.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
