In this role, you will be responsible for translating architectural concepts into precise technical drawings and 3D visualizations. You will work closely with our design team to ensure project specifications are accurately represented.
We are looking for a candidate who is proficient in modern drafting software. A strong command of **AutoCAD** is essential for creating accurate 2D floor plans and sections, while **SketchUp** skills are required for generating high-quality 3D models and renderings. Experience with **Revit** is considered a significant advantage and will set you apart from other applicants. Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp to support the design process.
- Collaborate effectively with architects and engineers to refine project drawings.
- Update and modify existing drawings based on client feedback and site conditions.
- Ensure all technical drawings comply with local building regulations and standards in Bali.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential) and SketchUp (essential).
- Experience with Revit (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of architectural drafting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial reasoning skills.
- Ability to work full-time and meet project deadlines.
- Good communication skills in a team environment.
