Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed architectural construction drawings and blueprints based on initial design concepts.
- Collaborate with project architects to finalize design specifications and material schedules.
- Ensure all technical drawings comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and project standards.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical elements into architectural plans.
- Create and maintain accurate CAD/BIM models for various residential and commercial projects.
- Review drawings for quality control, consistency, and accuracy before final submission.
- Participate in periodic site visits to ensure construction alignment with approved architectural plans.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as a Drafter or Architectural Technician (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply).
- High proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, and building materials.
- Ability to interpret complex design sketches and translate them into professional technical documentation.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a creative team.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
