Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings using CAD software.
- Coordinate with architects and project managers to finalize design specifications and material requirements.
- Update and revise existing technical drawings based on site survey data or project feedback.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of project documents, ensuring accuracy and version control.
- Conduct site visits as needed to verify measurements and ensure construction compliance.
- Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and technical documentation for permitting processes.
- Identify and resolve design inconsistencies to ensure seamless project execution.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting, preferably within the Indonesian construction or architectural sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with Revit, SketchUp, or 3D modeling software is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of building construction methods, standards, and technical drawing conventions.
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail and spatial awareness.
- Ability to interpret complex technical specifications and architectural layouts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
