Tanggung Jawab
- Create accurate architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
- Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects and interior designers to refine designs and ensure technical feasibility.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to integrate structural, MEP, and other systems into drawings.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback, site conditions, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain organized documentation of drawing revisions and project files.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and 3D visualizations for client meetings.
- Ensure all outputs adhere to company quality standards and project timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a drafter in architectural or interior design projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office; experience with Revit or 3ds Max is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and Indonesian building regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawing.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
- Portfolio demonstrating drafting and design capabilities is required.
