Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with architects and structural engineers to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
- Revise and update existing blueprints, floor plans, and elevations based on client feedback.
- Conduct site measurements and generate accurate as-built drawings.
- Ensure all technical drawings strictly adhere to local building codes (SNI) and project specifications.
- Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for all project documentation and technical data.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentation materials.
Kualifikasi
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Structural Engineering.
- Proven experience working as an Architectural Drafter or similar technical drafting role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant 3D modeling software.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) for construction.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex technical information.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a cross-functional team.
- Valid Indonesian work permit (if applicable for non-residents).
