Duta Bangun Cipta is currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Drafter to join our growing team in Bali. As a key member of our design and engineering department, you will play a vital role in transforming conceptual ideas into precise technical drawings that drive our construction and architectural projects to success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural or civil engineering principles and a mastery of industry-standard design software. You will collaborate closely with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to ensure that all documentation is accurate, compliant with building codes, and delivered on schedule. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings based on architectural and structural specifications.
- Interpret and translate sketches and site measurements into professional AutoCAD/SketchUp layouts.
- Ensure all drafts comply with safety regulations, local building codes, and company standards.
- Maintain and organize a library of project documentation, including revisions and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with project managers to finalize design specifications and material lists.
- Participate in periodic site visits to verify dimensions and progress.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from engineering teams and project stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Proven proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for documentation purposes.
- Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet tight project deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience in construction documentation is considered a significant advantage.
