Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and develop detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to interpret design specifications and requirements.
- Revise and modify existing drawings based on feedback and project updates.
- Ensure all drafting work complies with relevant local building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Generate accurate material lists, quantity take-offs, and construction schedules from drawings.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for all project documentation and blueprints.
- Attend site meetings and technical reviews to clarify design details and address discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Drafter or CAD Operator in the construction industry.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) with strong drafting skills and a good working knowledge of other design software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp).
- Deep understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and technical drawing standards.
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze complex blueprints, schematics, and technical plans.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills to meet strict project deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
