As a key member of our technical department, you will play a crucial role in transforming conceptual designs into precise construction documents. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in civil engineering drafting and a deep passion for architectural accuracy. You will collaborate closely with architects and engineers to ensure that all technical drawings meet the highest industry standards for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for building construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to interpret design requirements and translate them into accurate technical specifications.
- Ensure all blueprints and CAD drawings comply with national building codes and safety regulations.
- Review construction documents for potential design clashes or inconsistencies before project execution.
- Manage drawing revisions and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with site teams to provide technical support and drawing clarifications during the construction phase.
- Participate in project meetings to track progress and discuss technical challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Drafter in the building construction industry.
- Educational background: Vocational High School (SMK/STM Pembangunan) or Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Expertise in using AutoCAD is mandatory; proficiency in Revit or SketchUp is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of structural detailing and building architectural components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering sketches.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to handle multiple project deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
