In this role, you will be the backbone of our technical project execution. You will work closely with lead architects and structural engineers to translate conceptual designs into accurate, comprehensive Technical Working Drawings (DED). The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about structural integrity, detail-oriented, and proficient in industry-standard CAD software to ensure all projects meet our high standards of excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed structural and civil engineering drawings (DED) based on sketches and specifications provided by engineers.
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to ensure design consistency and technical accuracy.
- Revise existing drawings and integrate updates based on site feedback or structural changes.
- Ensure all technical documentation complies with national building codes and safety regulations.
- Manage electronic drawing files, ensuring proper version control and organization.
- Conduct site visits or coordination meetings to verify technical requirements as needed.
- Identify potential design conflicts and propose constructible solutions to the project team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Drafter, specifically in civil or structural engineering projects.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit is essential; knowledge of BIM is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, structural standards, and building construction techniques.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering blueprints and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
