GlobalComm Solutions is looking for a highly organized and technically skilled Drafter cum Project Admin to join our team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. In this hybrid role, you will be the bridge between our engineering vision and project execution. You will be responsible for preparing and updating precise ELV (Extra Low Voltage) technical drawings, ensuring they meet all industry standards, while simultaneously supporting the administrative backbone of our projects.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and update detailed ELV technical drawings, including structured cabling, fire alarm, and access control systems, using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and finalization of project proposals, reports, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and translate them into clear technical drawings.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure all documentation is filed and tracked efficiently.
- Conduct site visits and measurements as necessary to verify drawing accuracy and resolve on-site issues.
- Ensure all technical drawings and administrative documents comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the project management team, including data entry, meeting coordination, and client correspondence.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in drafting, preferably within the ELV, IT infrastructure, or telecommunications industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD with a strong understanding of technical drawing standards.
- Familiarity with project management software and MS Office Suite is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
