Tanggung Jawab
- Create and maintain detailed 2D and 3D MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and senior engineers to interpret technical requirements and blueprints.
- Ensure all drafting work complies with relevant local building codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to verify field conditions and update drawings accordingly.
- Manage drawing revisions and maintain organized digital archives of project documentation.
- Assist in preparing technical reports and documentation for client and regulatory submissions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an MEP Drafter or Drafter Engineer.
- Proficient in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and construction standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet strict project deadlines.
