We are currently seeking a meticulous and talented Drafter Engineer MEP to join our professional team in Jakarta. As a Drafter Engineer, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between design concepts and construction reality. You will be responsible for producing high-quality technical drawings that ensure our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are installed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with safety standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed MEP shop drawings and as-built drawings using AutoCAD or similar BIM software.
- Collaborate with engineers to interpret design requirements and translate them into accurate technical specifications.
- Ensure all technical drawings comply with national building codes and project-specific standards.
- Perform site surveys to verify measurements and gather necessary data for drafting accuracy.
- Identify and resolve design conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP systems during the drafting phase.
- Maintain a comprehensive digital filing system for all project documents and drawing revisions.
- Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to provide technical support throughout the construction lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience as an MEP Drafter or in a similar technical drafting role, preferably within a construction or MEP consultancy firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with Revit/BIM is considered a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system symbols and drafting standards.
- Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and engineering blueprints.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and spatial awareness.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
