Dwida Jaya Tama is looking for a skilled Drafter Furniture to join our Product Development Engineering team in Bogor. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bridging the gap between innovative design concepts and real-world manufacturing.
You will be responsible for translating complex design ideas into precise technical drawings, establishing production workflows, and collaborating with our engineering team to optimize product quality. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of CAD software and a deep understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, ensuring that every piece we produce meets our high standards for aesthetics, durability, and cost-efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed technical drawings and blueprints for furniture production using CAD software.
- Establish, document, and refine manufacturing process methods for new product lines.
- Evaluate product prototypes to identify design flaws and implement engineering improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with manufacturing capabilities and material constraints.
- Manage technical documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOM) and assembly instructions.
- Conduct regular quality checks on prototypes to ensure adherence to technical specifications.
- Participate in design meetings to provide technical feedback and cost-saving suggestions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Product Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Furniture Drafter or Product Development Engineer.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar 2D/3D design software.
- Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing techniques, joinery, and material science (wood, metal, upholstery).
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting production issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
