As our Drafter, you'll leverage cutting-edge CAD technologies to create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models that guide our installation teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare precise 2D technical drawings and 3D models for HVAC and mechanical ventilation systems using CAD software
- Develop coordination drawings integrating mechanical systems with architectural and structural elements
- Ensure all drawings comply with Malaysian codes, industry standards, and project specifications
- Collaborate with engineers to resolve design conflicts and optimize system layouts
- Revise and update drawings based on engineering feedback and site requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation and version control for all design files
- Perform quality checks to verify drawing accuracy and completeness before submission
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting HVAC/mechanical systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP or similar CAD/BIM software
- Strong understanding of HVAC system components and installation methodologies
- Knowledge of Malaysian building codes and industry standards
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to maintain dimensional accuracy
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
